Eligibility for Refunds
Regular Products: Refunds are only available for received products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (e.g., no scratches, no tarnishing, or no wear marks on the product, with all original tags/certificates kept intact). You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Custom-Made Products: Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (as they are custom-molded according to your requirements, making refunds/exchanges unfeasible—we appreciate your understanding).
Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Within 14 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team via email at info@annstellar.com. Provide your order number, clear photos of the product (to confirm its condition), and a brief explanation of your refund request.
Return the Product: If your refund request is approved (for physical products only), we will provide a return address. Please:
Package the product with protective materials (e.g., bubble wrap + original box) to avoid damage during shipping;
For high-value products, we recommend using insured shipping service—we will not be liable for loss or damage to the product during return shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs (except for cases involving defective products, see Section 4).
Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to verify if it meets the refund eligibility criteria. If eligible, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment account (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (the exact timing depends on the processing speed of your payment provider).
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
annstellar gift cards;
Products that have been used, altered without our authorization (e.g., resized without permission), or damaged due to improper care (e.g., discoloration from perfume contact, tarnishing from water exposure);
Products returned more than 14 days after receipt;
Custom-made products (as they are custom-molded according to your requirements, making refunds unfeasible—we appreciate your understanding).
Handling of Defective or Damaged Products
If the product you receive has manufacturing defects (e.g., loose components, cracked inlays, or material inconsistency with the description) or suffers shipping damage, please contact us via email at info@annstellar.com within 3 days of receipt. Provide photos/videos of the defective/damaged parts and the shipping package. We will offer the following solutions:
Free replacement (if the product is in stock);
Full refund (including return shipping costs—we will reimburse the shipping fee after you provide the shipping receipt).
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange a product for a different size, style, or category, please contact us via email at info@annstellar.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the exchange is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item).
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” (e.g., clearance products) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if a Final Sale item has manufacturing defects or shipping damage, it will still be handled in accordance with Section 4.
